All offers in the Christina Kosmetik Switzerland Online Shop are non-binding. A contract between you and Christina Kosmetik is established through your order and its acceptance by Christina Kosmetik. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an automatic email summarizing your order. This email is for informational purposes only and does not constitute acceptance of your order by Christina Kosmetik. If you pay upon receipt of an invoice or via cash on delivery, acceptance occurs with the shipment of the goods, which—unless stated otherwise in the online shop—takes place within three business days. For payments via credit card, PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-Finance, or PayPal, acceptance by Christina Kosmetik and conclusion of the contract occur upon the charging of your credit card or relevant account; this also occurs within three business days unless otherwise indicated regarding delivery time in the online shop. Christina Kosmetik sells all goods only in quantities typical for household use, including both the number of products in a single order and the number across multiple orders that exceed typical household quantities.

Prices, Delivery, Shipping Costs
The prices listed on the website include statutory VAT.
Delivery is made to the address you specify. Deliveries are only possible to addresses within Switzerland.
If not all desired items are in stock, partial deliveries are allowed, provided they are reasonable for you. There are no subsequent deliveries. Christina Kosmetik will inform you when an item that was previously unavailable is back in stock, allowing you to reorder it.
Christina Kosmetik charges a flat-rate shipping fee per order. Please see our website for the current conditions. No additional taxes or fees apply. Invoices are issued exclusively to addresses within Switzerland.
We do not assume any procurement risk, not even in the case of a contract for goods of a specific type. We are only obliged to deliver from our stock. Any advance payments will be refunded by Christina Kosmetik.
Special Promotions and Free Gifts
If we voluntarily offer one or more free bonus products, vouchers, or similar items (referred to here as “gifts”), the conditions for claiming these gifts are based on the promotion terms on our website. Unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms, the following applies: The respective promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts offered by us and is valid only while supplies last. If receiving a gift depends on reaching a minimum purchase amount, the right to the gift expires if the required purchase amount falls below the threshold due to the return of goods (e.g., due to withdrawal). Voluntary Return Policy up to 14 Days After Receipt
For all purchases, we grant a voluntary return policy of 14 days from the date of receipt. This policy allows you to withdraw from the contract by returning the goods within 14 days of receipt (the start date is the day of receipt) to the following address: Lorzenparkstrasse 16, 6330 Cham.
Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. The prerequisite for exercising the voluntary return right is that you return the goods in their original condition, undamaged and in the original sales packaging.

The voluntary return policy does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers.
Refunds for voluntary returns will be made to the account used for payment. If you paid by invoice, PostFinance Card, or PostFinance E-Finance, the refund will be sent to the account from which the transfer was made. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the associated credit card account.
Payment
You may pay the purchase price by invoice (under the specified conditions), credit card, PayPal, PostFinance Card, or PostFinance E-Finance. For new customers, there is a maximum limit of 300 CHF for purchases on account. This limit applies to the entire customer account and includes any outstanding amounts from previous invoice orders. For payment by invoice and in other cases where justified, Christina Kosmetik verifies and evaluates the order details and may share information with credit agencies.
Christina Kosmetik reserves the right to restrict payment options in individual cases.
When paying by invoice, payment must be made within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments incur an interest rate of 5%.
Special Terms for Purchase on Account
Payment on account is only available to customers aged 18 and older. For invoice purchases, the delivery address, billing address, and address must match and be within Switzerland. P.O. box addresses are not allowed. The invoice amount is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Receipt of Invoice
The customer will receive the invoice in PDF format to the email address provided. Changes to the email address must be promptly communicated to Christina Kosmetik in writing. Delivery of the invoice via email replaces the paper invoice.
Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain the property of Christina Kosmetik until full payment has been made. Christina Kosmetik reserves the right to register the retention of title in the relevant register.
Defects and Liability
If the delivered goods are defective, Christina Kosmetik is liable for defects under statutory regulations, unless otherwise stated below.
In the event of defects, Christina Kosmetik has the right to remedy them through replacement delivery or repair.
In the case of replacement by Christina Kosmetik, you must return the initially delivered goods to Christina Kosmetik within 30 days at Christina Kosmetik's expense.
